To use the Silhouette Manual Blade (2mm):
- Insert the Manual Blade into the appropriate tool carriage on your Silhouette machine.
- Manually adjust the blade depth using the ratchet mechanism. Turn the cap to align the red line with the desired material thickness (up to 2mm).
- Place your material onto the cutting mat and load it into the machine.
- In Silhouette Studio®, select the appropriate material settings for the material you’re cutting (paper, cardstock, vinyl, heat transfer materials, etc.).
- Send the cutting job to the machine and monitor the progress to ensure a clean cut.
- After cutting is completed, remove the material from the mat and gently remove it from the blade.
Tip: Always clean the blade after use by wiping it gently with a soft cloth to remove any debris and store it in a safe place.
