The Silhouette 2mm Kraft Blade (Type B) is designed for cutting thick materials like chipboard, acetate, leather, and craft foam. This blade is compatible with select Silhouette machines, including CAMEO 4, CAMEO 4 Plus, Portrait 4, Portrait 3 and Curio 2. It offers precise cutting through dense materials and is ideal for projects requiring deeper cuts.

To use the Silhouette 2mm Kraft Blade:
- Insert the 2mm Kraft Blade into the appropriate tool carriage on your Silhouette machine.
- Place your material onto the cutting mat and load it into the machine.
- Manually adjust the blade depth using the ratchet mechanism. Turn the cap to align the red line with the desired material thickness (from 0.1mm to 2mm).
- In Silhouette Studio®, select the appropriate material settings for the material you’re cutting (chipboard, acetate, leather, craft foam, etc.).
- Send the cutting job to the machine and monitor the progress to ensure a clean cut.
- After cutting is completed, remove the material from the mat and gently remove it from the blade.
Tip: Always clean the blade after use by wiping it gently with a soft cloth to remove any debris and store it in a safe place.
